This draft notice covers the website enquiry form. Before launch, the studio should confirm its legal business identity, contact details, retention period, and any analytics or third-party services used on the live site.

Information you provide

If you submit an enquiry, the form asks for your name, email address, project interest and description. Phone, studio, role and preferred contact method are optional. The form also records your consent to use those details to respond.

How we use it

Enquiry information is used to understand and respond to your request. It is sent by email through the configured delivery provider. The site does not intentionally collect payment information or use the form to create a marketing list.

Storage and retention

Enquiry emails may remain in the studio's email system. Set a retention period and delete enquiries when they are no longer needed. Configure the email provider and access controls before launch.

Third-party services

The website is designed to use Sanity for published portfolio content, Mux for video hosting and a configured email provider for enquiries. If analytics or additional services are enabled, this notice must be updated to describe them.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit the form. To ask about an enquiry you have sent, use the studio's contact details or social links once they are configured.
